I've been a longtime fan of atmospheric black metal bands like Summoning or Caladan Brood, who used medieval vibes to add color to their style of black metal. The Army of Dawn is full of these medieval sounds, telling a story with each song on it. For example, the title song is naturally a coming-to-battle hymn, while Moonlight plays more on the mystic side of things and Unending Darkness is like a soundtrack for a dark cathedral full of undead monsters. It's an album for every occasion.
Favorite track: Unending Darkness.

G-Prime This EP has a dynamism and energy to it that much other dungeon synth music lacks. Not surprising coming from a Gregorio Franco side project. The production values here are just great, strongly reminiscent of a classic 90's fantasy CRPG. Perfect for your weekly D&D game or just in the background while you draw up that dungeon map. Favorite track: The Army Of Dawn.
